Why These Districts?
If you’re in Ann Arbor, your two closest Swing Districts are MI-07 and MI-11.
In MI-11, Republican incumbent David Trott retired—meaning he won’t run again, and this will be an open seat that Democrats are even more likely to be able to pick up.
In MI-07, the Republican incumbent, Tim Walberg, won this district by only 50,311 votes (15%). His recent votes supporting Trumpcare and the Trump tax cuts for the wealthiest households have affected his popularity and will put his seat in jeopardy.
